Duplicate Payments
In the event of a duplicate payment for an AQPRO Limited membership, we will promptly refund the additional charge. To initiate the refund process, please reach out to our support team at support@aqpro.io with evidence of the duplicate transaction. Refunds

Refunds for AQPRO Limited memberships are not available, except in cases of duplicate payments. All sales are final. The exceptions are also the cases of our 3-day protection. Examples of cases where you can make a refund if 3 days have not expired.
We offer refunds within a 3-day period on your first initial payment if you have difficulty technically understanding or using our Services. This means you have 3 days after signing up for any AQPRO Limited subscription plan to request a refund on your first initial payment, if you have troubles in technical cases.
THE 3-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE DOES NOT APPLY TO YEARLY PLANS.
This includes, but is not limited to, new yearly subscriptions, yearly subscription updates, and upgrades to the yearly subscription.

Renewal
Membership renewals for AQPRO Limited are non-refundable. It is your responsibility to manage your subscription and cancel it prior to the renewal date if you no longer wish to continue. Refunds will not be issued for subscriptions renewed due to failure to cancel on time.
Cancellation Policy
All memberships can be canceled at any time, free of charge. You may submit cancellation requests directly through your account settings or by contacting our support team at support@aqpro.io
Important Note:
We do not accept refunds for payments made with cryptocurrency via Coinbase due to potential transaction fees and other complications.
Refunds (If Applicable):
Upon receiving the necessary documents from the buyer, we will thoroughly inspect the issue. Following our evaluation, we will notify you via email to inform you whether your refund is approved or not.
If your refund is approved, we will initiate the refund process, and you will be automatically refunded through your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable):
If you haven't received your refund, please check your bank account regularly over the course of a few days or 14 business days.
